As a Transactions Supervisor in Receivables Operations, you will manage a team responsible for processing daily document transactions, including checks and remittances. You will oversee workflow, provide guidance, and ensure high productivity and quality in service delivery.
Job responsibilities:
- Oversee daily workflow of specific workgroups and segments.
- Manage a team of full and part-time employees.
- Handle complex customer relationships using service improvement tools.
- Own remittance processing performance and allocate work to maximize productivity.
- Manage shift operations, address process delays, and resolve obstacles.
- Guide and develop Team Leaders and Operations staff.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
- 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and visibility to staff and direct reports.
- Ability to coordinate work and meet multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Core leadership abilities: planning, organization, motivation, problem-solving, conflict resolution, analytical, team building, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical requirements: Sitting (up to 90%), Standing (up to 10%), Lifting (up to 15% and up to 50 pounds), Walking (up to 15%).

- Remittance processing experience
Work schedule: This position may require you to work non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. Work schedule might be subject to change.
Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm during the months of February, March, May, July, August, November and December, 1130pm - 8am during the months of January, June, September and October, 7pm - 7am during the month of April
Shift differential: 15% when working 3rd shift
