Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily document printing using advanced printers (Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, IBM) in Roll to Roll and Roll to Fold settings
- Monitor print queues to prioritize production based on service level agreements
- Oversee Videk camera technology for printer output monitoring
- Maintain consistent color and output quality of printers
- Provide services such as First Class Mail, Standard Class Mail, E-certified Mail, USPS Express, USPS International Express, FedEx, UPS, Track One, and Inner Office mail
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Ability to lift 40-70 lbs and transport 200 lb supplies with industrial carts
- Willingness to work overtime, including holidays and weekends
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 to 10-hour shifts
- Meet and maintain quality and productivity standards
- Adaptability to changes in work environment, including directives, procedures, and technology
- High school diploma or five years of production work experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with independent thinking

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Initiative, accuracy, reliability, and confidence in processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various firm areas and management levels
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday from 11:00 pm to 07:30 am.
Shift Differential: 15%
This position may require non-traditional hours and/or additional hours as business needs arise. The work schedule may be subject to change.
