As a Transactions Specialist I in the Insertion department, you will primarily be responsible for operating equipment and reviewing items for accuracy. Global Document Services (GDS) is JPMorgan Chase's primary print production and distribution unit, producing a wide variety of products, including postcards, letters, statements, checks, invoices, and marketing materials. Your main function will include coordinating, reviewing, and extracting data files from various lines of business within JPMorgan for mail distribution.

Job responsibilities:
• Operate Pitney Bowes and Bell and Howell high-speed insertion equipment to process statements and letters

• Validate material quality and output quality continuously
• Reconcile input versus output using basic math

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Ability to work 100% onsite at our location
• Ability to lift 40-70 lbs and deliver 200 lb supplies using industrial pull/push carts
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand/walk for an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Must meet and maintain quality and productivity standards
• Adaptability to changes in the work environment, including daily directives, SOP changes, and new technology
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills for positive internal and external interactions
• Ability to prioritize work daily based on client Service Level Agreements and participate in maintaining the departmental work area

Work Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 2p-10:30p, this shift is eligible for a 10% shift differential
