Job Responsibilities
- Process data accurately per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Identify and escalate errors or exceptions promptly.
- Respond to routine queries and complaints via calls/emails.
- Maintain audit focus and comply with firm policies and SOPs.
- Identify and implement process efficiency opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of SOPs and checkpoints.
- Perform tasks according to department procedures and standards.
- Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Communicate issues with Managers effectively.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Hold a degree with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills.
- Work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
- Quickly grasp and learn new concepts and procedures.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Manage time efficiently and effectively.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Understand Securities Lending and Reference Data processes.
- Manage Lender & Borrower setups accurately within SLAs.
- Perform validation tasks to ensure processing accuracy.
- Resolve discrepancies with counterparties efficiently.
- Escalate exceptions to Senior Management promptly.
- Collaborate with Global Operations on the AVATAR platform.
- Share best practices with team members.
