As a Trading Services Manager, Vice President "VP" within the Prime Finance Trading Services Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our trading operations. You will manage a team responsible for executing trades, performing risk management, and liaising with various teams to resolve trade-related issues. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our trading desks and the wider firm.

Job responsibilities
- Manage a team of Associates and Analysts supporting Prime Finance/Delta One Trading Desks.
- Ensure all trades are entered accurately into the Risk Management systems.
- Perform oversight of start-of-day and end-of-day controls to ensure accurate risk representation.
- Verify, clear, and escalate trade capture and reporting exceptions in a timely manner.
- Liaise with various teams on issues related to Cash Equity trades.
- Oversee daily management of trade life cycle events such as expiries and corporate actions.
- Ensure the integrity and continuous improvement of trade controls.
- Maximize trade processing through problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Produce analysis for trading desks and senior management.
- Provide input into core projects, including regulatory and operational programs.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge of security and derivative products, especially Equity Swaps.
- Minimum of four years of operational management experience.
- Self-motivated with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Control-oriented with a keen interest in process improvement.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- BA or BS degree is necessary.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of Equity Swaps, Cash Equities, and Derivative products.
- Experience supporting Trading Desks in Prime/Hedge Fund business.
- Confidence in communicating with senior managers.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with risk management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability to different business needs.
