As a Trade Services Associate within the Distressed Loan and Special Product Support Team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the execution of trade documents across multiple trading desks and lines of business. We are responsible for trade documentation for North America Credit Trading, Credit Liquidity Solutions, Global Emerging Markets, Commercial Bank, Credit Portfolio Group, and North America Credit Financing desks. In this role, you will work closely with the respective desk and legal counsel to move trades through the process of execution, providing you with a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Job responsibilities
- Coordinate with trading desks, clients, counsel, and operations to settle loan, equity, or supply chain trading activity
- Draft, review, and understand Loan Syndication and Trade Association (LSTA) Standard and other legal documents, including Trade Confirms and Assignment Agreements
- Review and understand Credit Agreements and other relevant trade documentation
- Manage a heavy trade portfolio across various lines of business while maintaining a clean aging profile
- Monitor, track, and report all escalated issues using appropriate workflow tools
- Provide monthly, weekly, and daily reporting to senior management for open trades and trading metrics
- Facilitate communications between stakeholders to execute trades smoothly and according to process and procedure
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Four years of experience with syndicated loan settlements or trading operations
- Extensive knowledge of the trade lifecycle and/or experience supporting a trading business
- Experience with LSTA standard documentation and knowledge of the LSTA Standard Terms and Conditions
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated initiative
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel and Word
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- BA or BS degree
- Experience in LoanIQ and Clearpar
- Loan Trade Closing experience
