As a Trading Services Analyst in the Mutual Funds Middle Office team you will support function for Mutual Funds trading for J.P. Morgan International Private Bank's clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that Mutual Funds trades instructed by investors reach the counterparty for execution as expected. Once executed, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate settlement and reflection on accounting systems of these trades. As a member of the Mutual Funds Middle Office, you will also be expected to ensure business activities supported by our team are carried out in an efficient, controlled and timely manner.

Job responsibilities
- Controls and monitors the daily Mutual Funds trading flow and conducts the necessary checks and reports that are required to ensure that this flow runs as expected
- Monitors trade flow, processes trade instructions, bookings, settlements and intra-day cut-off monitoring
- Ensures accurate and timely execution, confirmation and settlement of all trades
- Conducts cash and stock management relating to mutual fund orders
- Runs daily and periodic position/risk controls, including identification and remediation of breaks
- Supports the project and regulatory agenda in order meet changing industry requirements in addition to driving efficiency gains and risk reduction within the team
- Interacts daily with investors, custodians, transfer agents and various internal stakeholders to answer queries and resolve issues

- Competency with MS Office required, advanced Excel (VBA) beneficial
