Job summary:
Join our Trade & Working Capital unit at the Philippines Corporate Center, where you will play a vital role in facilitating international trade and mitigating associated risks. As a Specialty Product Analyst, you will process and release trade finance transactions, supporting the purchase and sale of goods. Our global team operates on an 'originate to distribute' model, leveraging a network of banks and investors to maximize client financing while adding shareholder value and mitigating counterparty risk.

Job responsibilities:
- Assist in team management by co-facilitating huddles and meetings, planning leaves, managing daily volume priorities, and supporting goal achievement.
- Create an inclusive environment and provide regular, constructive feedback to reduce transaction rejects.
- Ensure transactions comply with JPMorgan Chase policies and International Chamber of Commerce rules, such as the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600), International Standard Banking Practice (ISBP), and Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements (URR 725).
- Monitor transaction queues, assign tasks, and ensure completion with high quality as per service level agreements.
- Identify and escalate red flags, regulatory issues, and compliance breaches, including those related to the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
- Collaborate with transaction processing teams to adopt best practices and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and partners in Sales, Service, and Product.
- Demonstrate process orientation with the ability to understand upstream and downstream implications.
- Perform detailed research to resolve issues independently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Actively participate in new projects and maintain compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies and local regulatory rules.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree holder OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of United States regulations and Office of Foreign Assets Control compliance.
- Willingness to work in any shift as necessary.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Background in the banking industry, preferably with accounting and finance experience.
- Certificate for Documentary Credit Specialists (CDCS) and Certificate in International Trade and Finance (CITF) certifications are preferred.
- Project management experience.
- At least 3 years of trade work experience, well-versed in UCP 600, ISBP, and URR 725.
