As a Middle Office Trade Support Analyst within the Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and settlement of trades for J.P. Morgan International Private Bank's clients. You will work closely with counterparts across various lines of business, technology, and corporate functions to maintain efficiency and accuracy in our processes. Your contributions will help us uphold our reputation as a leading financial institution, while you gain valuable insights into the team culture and the broader financial landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily monitoring of Discretionary and Brokerage trading activity, ensuring seamless trading flows.
  • Interact daily with investors, custodians, transfer agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution, confirmation, and settlement of all trades.
  • Conduct daily cash management and stock reconciliation with main counterparties.
  • Review accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of regulatory reporting to local regulators.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and create reports related to trading activity for management and stakeholders.
  • Support project and regulatory agendas to meet industry requirements and drive efficiency gains.
  • Maintain procedures and user guides with periodic reviews and updates.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Highly disciplined, self-starter with the ability to execute assignments independently.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex issues and react with strong judgment.
  • Client service mindset and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical approach with imaginative flair.
  • Competency with MS Office required; advanced Excel (VBA) beneficial.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Familiarity with trading systems and financial instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
