Job Responsibilities:
- BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items
- Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
- Demonstrate Strong security & market experience
- Strong understanding about various financial instruments like Equity, Bonds, ETF, REPO, ETD etc., SWIFT Alliance and various message types like MT54X, 599, 202,103 etc, various global markets and their nuances
- Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained
- Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks
- Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
- Work with Manager to ensure regular communication with partner locations
- Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
- Explain product features and benefits

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Prefer Graduate / MBA with finance and accounting background
- Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
- Client focused
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skill and communication
- An appreciation of risk and quality issues, Control Oriented
- Proactive, positive approach
- Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly
