- Investigate exceptions or breaks on the back of JPM books versus Agent banks.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties on asset positions and cash balance changes, and arrange for instructions to resolve exceptions.
- Work with other Utility teams to ensure complete tracking and reporting of breaks.
- Maintain and certify procedures, incorporate any changes, and collaborate with managers for review.
- Support managers on strategic initiatives to enhance the continuous improvement pillar.
- Actively participate with any ideas or suggestions in daily team huddles and review calls.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office application and Alteryx tools
- Proficient in MIS Reporting and making story dashboard board
- Email drafting and problem articulating skills
