Job Summary:
As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst within the CICM Middle Office Department, you will be tasked with overseeing all operational aspects for clients, ensuring timely transaction processing, and proactive resolution of exceptions. You will serve as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for clients. Your responsibilities will also encompass trade instruction capture, settlement, and fails management.

- Process and validate trades according to established CIC Trades work practices and procedures.
- Serve as the first-level authorizer/QA and main contact for escalations, resolving queries quickly and accurately.
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance in investor or fund activities, ensuring the team is always audit-ready.
- Follow and improve JPMorgan's processes to enhance accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.
- Perform end-of-day processes to ensure timely and accurate deliverables, noting exceptions appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process transactions and resolve exceptions promptly.
- Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis to increase STP and reduce client inquiries.
- Partner with client-facing teams to eliminate manual processes and change client behavior as needed.
- Manage risk by addressing issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.
- Collaborate with technology and strategy teams to identify and implement technology improvement opportunities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience
