As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in our Confirmations team, you will play a crucial role in drafting and executing OTC Legal Documents. Job Responsibilities
- Draft and affirm legal confirmations.
- Understand legal aspects of derivatives.
- Drive efficiency in current processes.
- Identify incorrect booking practices.
- Educate Middle Office on impacts.
- Escalate unissued documents timely.
- Work on various control reports daily.
- Manage mailbox and follow up on queries.
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries.
- Investigate and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with business standards.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Hold a graduate degree with minimum 4 years of experience.
- Demonstrate strong partnership abilities.
- Possess derivatives product knowledge.
- Understand paper confirmations.
- Be willing to work all shifts.
- Know MS Office applications.
- Handle high complexity and shifting priorities.
