As a Technology Support III team member in Data Center Services Capacity Team, you will ensure the operational stability and capacity availability to support all Products and Lines of business. In this role, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement by troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all systems, both internal and external.
Job responsibilities
- Works with a team of motivated collaborators, you'll develop and implement strategic technology solutions, ensuring the successful integration of network system and applications servers into existing and new technology infrastructures.
- Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm.
- Manages the data center infrastructure technology resources including all space, power, cooling, and infrastructure cabling resources for the Data Center environment.
- Collaborates with multiple teams to ensure any capacity concerns are addressed appropriately and installation of technology devices can be delivered on-time.
- Identify issues for escalation and communication and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders.
- Analyzes complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure.
- Ensures efficient placement of technology utilizing Data Center Infrastructure Manager Tools.
- Participates on project calls with customers from lines of business, monitor exiting KPIs for improvement, and ensure quality of data within toolsets.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud
- Experience in observability and monitoring tools and techniques.
- Exposure to processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Knowledgeable in data analytics
- Effective collaboration and communication to achieve common goals and maintain a company standard of excellence.
- Proven track record working in a Data Center environment and understanding of principles of Data Center capacity (space, power, cooling, infrastructure)
- Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructure (server, networking, SAN) and understanding of technology offerings and businesses supported
