As a Technology Support III team member in Infrastructure Platforms, you will ensure the operational stability, availability. The Change Management Senior Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing changes and ascertain the level of impact to production. Understanding of critical data and configuration management to help reduce the risk of technology change. Evaluate the success of change with an eye on continual improvement and will regularly recommend improved scheduling and avoidance of conflicts; thoughtful implementation planning; quality pre and post validation testing.

  • Review of changes for quality and understand conflicts and performing required actions.
  • Working with Product teams to educate them on change and improve change quality.
  • Partner with LOBs to understand key events in the bank and improve scheduling conflicts.
  • Improve change quality and reduce admin errors.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement programs.
  • Help organize and run Change Approval Board Meetings (CAB).
  • Review, approve and recertify pre-approved change templates.
  • Support change reporting analytics and measure success through Change related KPI's.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in product and infrastructure support, with a good understanding of core infrastructure technology (i.e., Network, Storage, Compute).
  • Ability to execute within a customer-centric environment.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow.
  • Able to understand the relationship between Change, Incident and Problem as well as Request, to recommend workflows and engagements across the processes.
  • Experience with Release and Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure on multiple work streams within demanding project timeframes.
  • Fluent in SharePoint, MS Teams, Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
  • Working understanding of public cloud.
