As a Technology Support II team member in Infrastructure Platforms and Data Center Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. Your efforts in troubleshooting, maintaining, identifying, escalating, and resolving production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems support a seamless user experience and a culture of continuous improvement.
Job responsibilities
- Design and implement processes for evaluating and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Oversee internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Manage interactions with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and address arising issues.
- Manage the lifecycle of compliance issues and action plans to ensure prompt resolution.
- Create and implement frameworks to ensure business continuity and resilience.
- Develop and implement standards for managing risks and controls.
- Ensure high compliance standards for critical third-party vendors.
- Educate cross-functional teams on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Create risk reporting frameworks and present findings to stakeholders.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience in technology compliance and business-aligned controls.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and professional standards.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with familiarity in critical facility environments and security controls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics.
- Experience in working with diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel for work assignments.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experienced in IT risk and controls, operational risk assessments, and issue management at the enterprise level.
- Knowledgeable in PCI standards, business resiliency, regulatory requirements, and risk and compliance frameworks.
