Join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming technology initiatives for Securities Services clients. As a Technology Relationship and Integration Associate, you will be at the forefront of eliminating manual processes and driving efficiency through seamless integration and testing.

In this role, you will oversee the connectivity and testing necessary to onboard and automate current manual processes, aiming to eliminate manual intervention and enhance efficiency. You will transition into the role of Technology Relationship Manager for select Tier 1 clients, ensuring all technology requirements are met.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the integration and testing processes for Project Hexagon and OMOP, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of all builds and deliverables, ensuring that all technology requirements are met throughout each onboarding phase.
  • Transition into the role of Technology Relationship Manager for select Tier 1 clients, managing all technology requirements and deliverables during onboarding.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technology-related issues, ensuring positive service delivery from Securities Services technology.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, where flexibility and creativity are essential.
  • Identify areas for technological improvement based on client feedback and drive these enhancements in collaboration with senior technology management.
  • Demonstrate sales acumen by partnering with the team lead and prospective clients representing Securities Services technology.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Proven ability to manage the onboarding process ensuring seamless connectivity and testing.
  • Strong leadership skills to transition into the Technology Relationship Management lead role for Tier 1 clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to serve as an escalation point for technology issues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent Securities Services technology.
  • Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients with advanced technology requirements.
