Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, and provide insights and recommendations in discussions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and contributing to both the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of the team.
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, while preparing and presenting visual aids to articulate key messages and ensure clear understanding across teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, gaps, or blind spots in the business strategy, and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum and ensure alignment between teams and overall goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and processes, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients. Experience influencing change in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
  • Advanced experience in using technical fluency to analyze and present data to inform business decisions. Enthused by using data to 'tell the story' and drive decision making.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources and budgets in a fast-paced, agile environment.
