Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, product owners and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
  • Collects and analyzes metrics on organizational performance to inform management decision-making
  • Coordinates business management activities, technology programs, and cross functional initiatives including the creation of special and executive presentations.
  • Supports the implementation and review of forward-looking, efficient, decision-oriented governance structures and operating models including organization effectiveness, financial management, team management, etc

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve
  • Inquisitive attitude and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to problem solve data-related questions through quantitative reasoning both independently and through collaboration with business partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to stakeholders at all levels including senior management and customers
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and effectively partner with all levels of management across a diverse set of functions, locations and business.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 2-4 years of experience working in consulting, tech strategy, change management
  • Proficient in reporting and visualization using Excel and PowerPoint; Tableau, QlikView would be a plus
  • Skilled in facilitating informed decision-making through comprehensive analysis, and providing business consulting and advisory services.
