Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst - Planning and Enablement to join our Global Technology - Employee Platforms group. The ideal candidate will leverage their financial expertise to support innovative programs, fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis for technology projects, including cost-benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the creation and management of project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of project expenditures.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights into project financial performance and recommendations for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project momentum.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure financial alignment with overall business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess project financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in project finance, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and theories, with the ability to apply them to project finance.
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to financial data.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and end-user technologies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
