As a Technical Product Implementation Vice President within Global Practice Leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the client experience and project management of technical commercial product implementations. This role will collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Product teams to define new solutions and manage client projects from inception to completion within specified timeframes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Attend regular calls to review active implementations and build valuable relationships
  • Understand and implement Mixed Payable solutions as well as demonstrate creative problem-solving and sound judgment
  • Support clients with file mapping exercises and utilize banking tools
  • Manage client and internal partner expectations with consultative advice on technical aspects of treasury solutions
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services
  • Document scope, meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using MS Office tools
  • Use workflow tools for status updates and document repository management
  • Establish timelines and dependencies to exceed client and partner expectations
  • Escalate issues when necessary to remove obstacles to success

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience
  • Technical project management experience or experience with complex treasury implementations
  • Strong communication, partnership, and influence skills to lead others to a common goal as well as comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic client-facing environment
  • Adherence to policy and procedures, meeting or exceeding established SLAs
  • Proficiency in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools
  • Project Management experience
  • Payments and Receivables experience as well as proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Technical consulting or business analysis experience in ERP, systems integration, or API space
  • Appreciation for being a 'keeper of our brand'

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passion for learning new operating models, technologies, and industry trends
  • Technical client consulting experience to support technical roles
  • Experience primarily in banking or the financial service industry
  • Knowledge of commercial treasury products and services
