Job responsibilities:
- Lead technology risk and controls projects for the Florence project in the Cloud Accelerator,
- Build content for the Technology Controls Forum (TCF), gathering relevant metrics, preparing meeting materials, and managing actions to completion
- Represent the Business Accelerator in governance forums and technology working groups
- Contribute to the Business Accelerator roadmap to ensure that technology risk and controls are engineered into all of its platforms and products
- Implement and operationalize continuous monitoring and oversight of technology controls required to operate business workloads
- Respond to inquiries from Audit and Compliance, Conduct & Operational Risk (CCOR) teams to ensure technology risk and controls for the Accelerator are clearly documented, communicated, and remain in compliance
- Provide guidance and oversight for accelerator controls, preempting deteriorating compliance conditions
- Complete thematic assessments for controls compliance in order to find scale and efficiency in maintaining compliance
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Expertise in governing cyber technology risk and controls, such as vulnerability management, software delivery lifecycle and data protection
- Communication skills to build and maintain a strong partner network across the firm
- Technical ability to gather and combine data from disparate sources to build a cohesive view on risk
- Awareness of key consumer banking services, such as card issuing; payment processing; customer servicing; onboarding and know-your-customer checks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Expertise in regulated industries, in particular leveraging technology standards, frameworks, compliance, and industry recognized best practice/standards, such as NIST, CSF, PCI and SOC
