As a Tech Risk and Controls Lead - Data Product Manager within our Global Technology Chief Data Office, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full lifecycle of data. You will be responsible for the identification, curation, and delivery of data products to support the organization's AIML and analytics strategy. This role provides an opportunity to collaborate closely with Data Owners and Data Scientists to identify and curate high-value data products for Global Technology, ensuring their accessibility and usability.

  • Collaborate closely with Data Owners and Data Scientists to identify and curate high-value data products for Global Technology.
  • Publish well-defined data products into the firmwide data catalog, ensuring accessibility and usability.
  • Facilitate the ingestion of data products into data lakes to support AI/ML experimentation and model training.
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to identify and publish risk factors and usage restrictions associated with data products.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation and publication to ongoing refinement and rectification.
  • Define and track key metrics for data product identification, registration, and adoption, and monitor their performance to ensure success.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, business intelligence, data science, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in data management and governance.
  • Solid knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience with data lake or data warehouse technologies, such as Spark, ETL, and Databricks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in product or project management, with a focus on data-driven initiatives.
