You will also, be part and manage different projects, be a focal point for stakeholders and work in interesting projects.

Job responsibilities:

  • Review and reengineer the existing process. Think of strategic solution to partner effectively with internal teams or external vendor sources to attain this.
  • Leading, supporting and coaching a team of three people, who will report directly to you.
  • Build strong partnership with internal stakeholders - Research, Technology, Reference data, Data Science and QR teams and harness the collaboration to deliver differentiating results and optimum client delivery.
  • The role requires the individual to exhibit sound relationship management and communication with internal and external stakeholders, analytical problem solving, and teamwork and time management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Team management experience
  • More than 2 years of related work experience infinancial services.
  • Client service experience and should be able to comprehend client queries.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, implementation, & maintenance; largescale system migration and integration; and end-to-end process improvement for enhanced efficiency
  • Quantitative and Analytical skills
  • Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong knowledge of Alteryx, UI Path, Power BI etc.

Work timing- 10 am to 19 pm (We need to provide end of day closing at NY time)
