Job Summary
As a Supply Chain Finance Product Manager in the Trade & Working Capital division of Payments, you will lead the team in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. You will manage the SCF product strategy, product development, and innovation, as well as product maintenance and oversight over the Profit & Loss. Your role will involve building out product capabilities, coordinating with key partners, obtaining product approvals, and maximizing our offering within the region. Your leadership and ownership skills will be key in this role. You will also work closely with parties external to J.P. Morgan, including but not limited to, third-party technology partners, legal counsels, central bank authorities, and external clients.

Job Responsibilities
- Define a strategy that not only aligns with the global TWC objectives but also leverages the unique opportunities and addresses the specific challenges within the EMEA region. As the EMEA Head this involves setting long-term goals, identifying strategic priorities, and ensuring sustainable growth.
- Ensure SCF strategy proactively adapts to meet changing market and client needs; Takes into account competition, market dynamics, macro-economic and regulatory impacts and drives product innovation
- Own P&L including delivery of revenue goals, achievement of expense targets, management of cost allocations and introduction of product-specific initiatives to measure/improve product profitability.
- Collaborate with the global teams to design and develop full product lifecycle, including product strategy, marketing, approvals and customer engagement ensure that regional market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis are integrated into the product development process. Work with Technology and other groups to develop and bring to live new technology projects and system's enhancements
- Be part of EMEA Regional Management team with deal approver responsibilities
- Drive country and currency expansion in EMEA: Manage the product build-out to ensure global capabilities become best in class within the industry
- Lead legal/tax/compliance discussions with internal Legal partners and external legal counsels to ensure product meets evolving requirements in every jurisdiction.
- Provide product leadership and regional guidance i.e. provide SCF market updates and guidance on new regulations/booking/directives/rules impacting SCF, etc
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and best practice sharing
- Develop product training, marketing materials and provide RFP support
- Partner closely with Regional Management and Functional partners to achieve product goals and all the above initiatives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience of Supply Chain Finance or Structured Working Capital from a Product Management perspective. The candidate will have a deep understanding of the Supply Chain Finance product and its variations including its operation, process flow, legal aspect and financials. This also includes strong knowledge of corporate finance and corporate credit.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market is valued
- Strong leadership skills, and strong ability to navigate and resolve complex and dynamic business decisions and transactions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to work, influence and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Legal Compliance, GFCC, Risk etc as well as customers, partners, government entities, and industry associations, to enhance the company's reputation and influence in the region.
