Want to use the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) to innovate and reinvent the future?

As a Strategy Manager on the Strategic Artificial Intelligence Governance & Enablement Team, you'll influence the AI/ML strategy for the firm. You'll join a small team and act as an AI/ML governance and execution specialist to lead transformational improvements to process, governance, technology, and organizational constructs supporting AI/ML firmwide. To ensure success, you'll need to work closely with the leads across many AI/ML, Risk, Controls, Finance and Data teams across the firm.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the Firm's highest priorities and top strategic initiatives using AI/ML
  • Develop an expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and use cases across Financial Services
  • Hone problem solving, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching to address top strategic priorities
  • Influence and impact the agendas of senior management
  • Independently own and execute project workstreams within the organization from inception to completion
  • Lead working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making
  • Establish strong relationships with key AI/ML related functions firmwide, establishing a deep network and understanding of the firmwide AI/ML landscape
  • Develop innovative solutions to support the transformation of the organization into an AI and data driven culture while also informing the firmwide AI/ML strategy
  • Support the overall agenda of the firmwide AI/ML senior governing bodies to drive critical topics for accelerating and adopting AI/ML across the firm

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • BS degree in an applicable field and 5 years of experience in a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) or controls related functions
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts and financial statements
  • Superior command of MS PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
  • Consultative partner-focused approach with exceptionally strong client management skills
  • Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences at varied levels
  • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting
  • Strategic mindset with deep intellectual curiosity
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform duties with moderate to low supervision
  • Anticipate and resolve issues with a sense of urgency
  • Adapt to a rapidly changing business and technical environment
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a small team

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Interest in AI and Machine Learning; familiarity with AI/ML concepts would be beneficial
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred
