As a Strategy Manager at JPMorgan Chase within Asset and Wealth Management, yyou will assess organizational performance, develop achievable goals, and implement processes to enhance effectiveness. Your role is crucial in identifying and executing high-impact changes across various domains, including culture, team effectiveness, and technical excellence.

Job responsibilities

  • Supporting the development & execution of long-term organizational strategy in line with the global strategy.
  • Work dynamically across globally diverse virtual teams to deliver strategic initiatives/projects.
  • Manage your own portfolio of work and determine your own book of work.
  • Develop strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Influence senior management to focus resources on strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, and stakeholders.
  • Lead organizational changes by integrating institutional knowledge with industry best practices.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Experience in Strategy, Project Execution, Program Management, or Management Consulting roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Flexibility and willingness to engage across diverse functions and teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Ability to think out of the box and disrupt.
  • Experience in Development/Product organizations.
  • Advanced skills in presentation design and creation.
  • Superior communication skills and proficiency in creating infographics.
