As a Senior Product Associate in Employee Compute, you leverage your expertise in product development and optimization to drive innovation and improve offerings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you play a key role in shaping product strategy by partnering with the Product Manager and Product Owner to identify opportunities aligned with customer needs and market trends. You gather valuable insights to inform the product roadmap, analyze product metrics to meet targets, and craft detailed requirements to guide development. Staying updated on industry trends, you help enhance the overall product experience.

Job responsibilities

  • Partners with the Product Owner to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Partners with User Experience team, define journey maps, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
  • Collaborates with diverse internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of key milestones.
  • Stays informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in \"at desk\" endpoint technologies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Demonstrate excellent documentation, writing, and presentation and verbal skills.
  • Strong applied knowledge of inter-team/product dependency and risk tracking and identification for issue resolution

Strong understanding of the Software development lifecycle as well as end-point and desktop platforms

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Scrum and Jira/Jira Align)
  • Passion for hardware and endpoint technology
