As a Sr. Associate, Product, Small Business Mass Segment and Customer Experience within the Chase Small Business Card team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the card product, product line, and end-to-end SMB customer experience. You will collaborate with partners in Finance, Risk, Technology, as well as the Ink Card team, to help support and achieve successful outcomes. This role provides an opportunity to lead and assist cross-functional teams, make informed decisions, and build strong relationships within the organization.

Job responsibilities:
- Lead and assist cross-functional teams in documenting high-level objectives, business value, scope and critical success factors.
- Document changes that meet business objectives based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend process and technology improvements and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to controls, applicable audit standards and manage exceptions.
- Make informed decisions, understanding the boundaries for decision-making and knowing when to escalate.
- Resolve issues through mediation, negotiation or escalation.
- Build and leverage relationships within the organization to remove project obstacles and enhance organizational agility.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
- Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle.
- Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and capacity to connect the dots, synthesize complex information gathered from desperate sources, helping drive results under deadline.
- Demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Experience in Card, Retail Banking, and/or Digital strategy/product management is preferred.
- Experience working in large, matrix organizations to support delivering exceptional customer benefits and experiences.
