The Trade & Working Capital Operations group offers a variety of products that support international commerce by facilitating the purchase and sale of goods.
As a Speciality Product Specialist IV (Senior Team Member) within the Trade & Working Capital unit, you will be responsible for the following set of activities for ASIAPAC, Europe, Middle East & Africa and U.S. region:
- Issuance and Advising of Documentary Letters of Credit
- Document Checking under Letters of Credit
- Settlement/Payments of Import & Export bills under LC, Collections & OA, Bank to Bank Reimbursements
- Trade Advances and Trade Loans
- Documentary Collections
- Supply Chain Finance

Job Responsibilities:
- Process transactions related to Supply Chain Finance for our global clients
- Ensure the transactions are processed as per Bank policies
- Perform reconciliations of internal accounts
- Ensure all transactions assigned to the team are completed with utmost quality as per agreed SLA
- Monitor the queues for any technical or system issues
- Perform reconciliation of designated accounts
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trade Finance or Supply Chain Finance or Payment Processing or Reconciliations
- Attention to detail
- Follows the escalation matrix
- Queue Monitoring, Work Allocation and Prioritization
- Willing to go above & beyond to ensure timely delivery
- Excellent Oral, Written & Presentation skills
