As a Specialist II under the Documentation and Funding team, you will work closely with auto dealerships and will be part of the indirect business of Auto Finance. The team books the loan and ensures same day funding.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review loan contract packages while ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information and documents. This is done in accordance with state statutes and our own policies and procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Closely interact with Credit, dealers, and DRMs to be able to clear any stipulations or secure missing items on an application to ensure same day funding.
- Receive inbound calls and makes outbound follow-up calls to dealers.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Interface with automobile dealerships and verify the accuracy of loan documents.
- Enter data regarding the loan and verify numbers are correct on contracts submitted and verify they meet federal regulations.
- Use independent analysis and exercises judgment to determine if applicable standards are met.
- Identify contract package irregularities, utilizes available resources for resolution and prepares packages for return to dealer for corrections.
- Communicate relevant issues to the appropriate Loan Officer and escalate appropriate issues to the supervisor.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Word and Excel
- Adaptability to a highly technical and dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including graveyard
- High level of accuracy and organizational skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Auto Finance experience is preferred
- Knowledge of loan processing a plus
- Contact center experience is an advantage
