Our software engineers work on the implementation of new tools and functionality and create designs that integrate well into existing architecture.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python and object oriented programming is essential
- Analyze business requirements and contribute to software design and architecture
- Working proficiency in development toolsets
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Passionate about building an innovative culture
- Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
