DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Develop and support JPMC's Case Management ServiceNow product (CMS). Implement ServiceNow integration with different applications storing customer data. Establish secured authentication needed for integration using midservers. Configure dashboards using UI builder on CSM Workspaces. Configure UI Builder for CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Configure UI Builder using advanced scripting technologies. Implement service portals utilizing advanced scripting technologies. Enable and configure advanced work assignments, including assignment rules and skill management, for CSM workspaces. Configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent to facilitate case creation from this channel. Create record producers, catalog items, and implement required flows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI actions, UI policies, and data policies. Participate in validating and implementing fixes during ServiceNow platform version upgrades. Configure and customize ServiceNow components. Support ServiceNow CSM and ITSM products technically by analyzing the incidents reported by the customers. Use ServiceNow platform efficiently and remediate the reported health scan findings to improve the overall health of the ServiceNow application. Perform ServiceNow system administration activities like creating teams, groups, and roles following the firm's guidelines. Prepare regular and ad-hoc training documents and conduct demos to educate Business Analysts and support agents about the new processes implemented on the firm's ServiceNow platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, IT Consultant, Programmer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Instrumentation and Control Engineering or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, IT Consultant, Programmer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: ServiceNow Administrator; ServiceNow Developer; implementing at least one ServiceNow product such as ServiceNow ITSM, ServiceNow CSM or ServiceNow ITOM; Configuring one or more ServiceNow Integrations such as Inbound, Outbound, Scripted web services, or Data source, using REST and SOAP API; At least one SDLC methodology such as Agile SDLC or Waterfall SDLC; Javascript; HTML; CSS; SQL; XML; JSON; Regression Testing; System Integration Testing; Unit Testing.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
