DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Involved in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including analyzing requirements, incor-porating architectural standards into application design specifications, documenting application specifications, translat-ing technical requirements into programmed application modules, and developing or enhancing software application modules. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre- defined architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed solutions. Utilize Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Infor-mation Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Software Developer, Cloud Engineer, Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Cloud Engi-neer, Java Developer, Full Stack Developer, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile SDLC; Application Architecture Disciplines; Microservices; J2EE; Spring; Java; Spring Boot, Javascript; React; SQL; REST; AWS Cloud Services; Oracle; GIT; Junit; Functional Testing; Performance Testing; Regression Testing; Unit Testing; User Acceptance Testing; ExtJs; ReactJS; Essbase; Jest; Terraform; EC2; RDS DynamoDB; Jenkins; Spinnnaker; Splunk; Datadog and AppDynamics.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Parkway, Plano, TX 75024. This position requires up to 10% domestic travel. Tele-commuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
