Buenos Aires is one of JP Morgan's key strategic hubs with over 3,500 employees supporting different areas like Operations, Technology, Finance, Credit Risk, Human Resources, Legal... among others, providing value-added services, products and solutions to our clients located in various countries around the world.
The team is responsible for monitor and investigate exceptions. The team needs to identify the reason why the trade is failing and make sure to communicate this to their internal/external counterparties to settle the trade in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors for exceptions, investigate.
- Daily review of cash and stock reconciliation- Responsible for reviewing cash breaks on a daily basis
- Submitting wires and resolving open items

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
- Manage escalation - Work under pressure
- Advanced written and oral English skills (used on daily basis with US Management and US counterparties)
- Proficient in Microsoft tools
- Problem-solving skills, facilitate the understanding of the problem and possible solutions.
- Client/customer focus: Be able to assist internal clients and prioritize queries
- Team player and able to quickly adapt to different scenarios
- Attention to details
- Ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
