Job responsibilities:

  • Develop propositions, feature-sets and product experiences based on a deep understanding of end consumer and business partner needs
  • Manage the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Support the development and management of the product roadmap and analyse customer and technical requirements, translate them into epics, and user stories to support product development
  • You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal product performance
  • Analyse track, and evaluate product metrics across the product development life cycle
  • Hands on, detail orientated and outcome-focused, as well as a strong team player

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Formal training experience in Product Management in an aligned area (e.g. engineering, data analytics, product support / operations)
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Strong track record of operating in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with some experience in data-driven decision-making and product analysis
  • Good technical background and ability to work closely with engineering teams to drive product development

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Familiarity with platform/ API products, Cloud native platforms, data encryption and key lifecycle management would be desirable
  • Familiarity with technologies which support Identity wallets such as: Open ID for Verifiable Credentials (OIDVC) or JWT or ISO 18013-5 would be desirable
  • Some experience in supporting the launch of successful tech products, ideally in the fintech, identity verification, or security space is desirable
