As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Business Banking Small Business Lending, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Acts as liaison between business, governance (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Controls, etc.) and technology stakeholders, providing transparency and a consistent product delivery experience, resulting in quality customer and employee products
- Assembles and manages project working groups, ensure stakeholder engagement, influence and drive decision making
- Creates and manages detailed project plans and status updates, work with Product Owners to maintain exceptional JIRA hygiene
- Oversees changes to project scope and schedule, and ensure that proper approvals are in place
- Contributes to the development and utilization of Agile standards and methodologies

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 minimum years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Advanced JIRA/JIRA Align and Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with tools like Confluence, Tableau, SharePoint, preferred
- Self-starter who is driven to excel in all aspects of their role, strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time
- Strong work ethic, proactive and results-orientated, fact- based approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to synthesize large amounts of information, summarize key concepts and articulate relevant issues to senior management
