As a Senior Delivery Product Associate in Business Banking - AOA, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

As a Senior Delivery Product Associate, you will serve as the primary liaison for managing all dependencies. In this role, you will facilitate essential project delivery meetings, including Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, End-to-End (E2E) testing, and key discovery sessions or offsite meetings. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving scrum metrics and maintaining JIRA hygiene to ensure efficient operations.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Manages RTE (Run The Engine ) items across scrum teams.
  • Leads essential meetings for product delivery.
  • Ensures JIRA hygiene for all Business Banking Digital Account Opening processes.
  • Guides Product Increment (PI) Planning, annual planning, and other key offsite events.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
  • Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
  • Experience in product deployment processes
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Expert in JIRA and JIRA Align
  • Experience in Figjam/Figma

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in Business Banking
  • Experience in driving JADs, Discovery Sessions, PI Planning and Offsites
  • Understanding of UI and Services of account opening applications
  • Experience in creating epics and stories in JIRA
