As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Private Bank Digital & Content you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Execute digital personalization campaigns in personalization and version testing tools and identify trends and new areas of opportunity for personalization and version testing
- Interpret and report results for all experiences, communicating broader implications to any additional teams
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in order to craft a version test that will best be able to answer business questions and improve performance and communicate across technical and non-technical concepts to ensure that projects are completed and their insights applied back across all platforms.
- Advocate for a data-driven decision across all client touchpoints
- Prioritize between concepts based on expected business impact, scale, and alignment with broader team goals
- Evaluate existing processes to ensure the quality of end results and determine required solutions and assist in implementations
- Troubleshoot and quality assure activities to identify and correct experience issues before they are shared with clients
- Continue to understand the marketing technology landscape to be ready for new concepts as well as provide guidance on developing industry changes

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Experience with optimization and version testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize) and major clickstream/web analytics solutions (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience applying statistical concepts
- Ability to synthesize insights and effectively communicate complex concepts into actionable next steps
- Highly analytics and detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering trends
- Comfortable being precise in interpretations and their limits
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience with front-end code (Javascript) or statistical languages (Python, R)
- Understanding of data engineering and related marketing technology APIs
- Familiar with agile framework - working with JIRA or equivalent
