As a Senior Product Associate within the Home Lending Platform team, you will ensure the timely delivery of product roadmap content, identify risks and opportunities, and drive business integration and growth strategies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the health and impact of our Home Lending Platform on customer experiences.

Job responsibilities

  • Drive proactive project engagement with team members and key stakeholders to influence the overall Home Lending Roadmap.
  • Partner with Area Product Owners and product teams for ongoing refinement of product backlog and roadmap execution.
  • Define and present feature strategies, write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and participate in all agile events.
  • Execute Production Validations, conduct lessons learned, and generate process maps/flows as needed.
  • Collaborate with interfacing teams to evaluate dependencies, requirements, and schedules.
  • Conduct elaboration sessions to refine requirements and customer needs, writing epics, stories, and validation criteria.
  • Identify, communicate, and escalate risks and blockers that could delay project delivery.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Management role using Agile methodology
  • Experience in developing business requirements, writing stories, and creating testing conditions and validation criteria.
  • Collaborative with a high level of comfort in coordination roles, working with multiple business and technology partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of Agile processes and principles, including Agile project management tools like Confluence and JIRA.
  • Flexible to work with an overlap with US time zones.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong understanding of US Mortgage drivers with some understanding of the broader business context.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence at various organizational levels.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in product management focused on technology products is an advantage.
