As a Senior Product Associate in the Collaboration and Communication team, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end success of voice and video backbone products.
- Ensures solutions are valuable and viable, supporting hybrid working environments.
- Leverages AI/ML and building management data to improve communication experiences.
- Responsibilities include defining product vision, conducting market research, managing product metrics, and overseeing go-to-market strategies.
- Requires strong experience in technology product management, knowledge of industry trends, and understanding of software development methodologies.
- Must have strong communication skills and the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
- Works with a global team based in New Jersey, Ohio, Bangalore, London, and Hyderabad.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Proven experience providing roadmaps, product overviews, reports, backlog, and documentation for enterprise technology solutions
- Understanding of software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/confluence using industry standard notations
