Chase Dining, a part of Connected Commerce, is hiring for a new role focused on supporting our partner strategy and activation execution at The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON food festivals, which includes four festivals annually across Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. EEEEEATSCON is a different kind of food experience built in the spirit of a music festival, but with restaurants as the headliners. Event lineups are shaped by The Infatuation's editorial expertise, just as the restaurant discovery platform helps its readers find expert recommendations for every situation.

As Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy in Chase Dining, you will be responsible for integrated partner work at The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON food festival, from creative ideation through activation execution. The role requires prospecting and securing high-value partnerships with clients across multiple brand categories, negotiating terms, translating partner goals into creative experiences and overseeing the execution of all activation elements. You should be a hybrid marketer with a strategic mindset who excels at building relationships with stakeholders across internal and external counterparts, including internal lines of business, agency partners and more. You should have experience in marketing, storytelling, strategic consultation, account management, client services and project management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, partner outreach, proposal development, and project management of partner work on behalf of The Infatuation and Chase
  • Pitch, develop, and drive the strategic outcomes of partner activations at Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON food festival, bringing experiences to life that enhance the overall experience for our community
  • Manage specific EEEEEATSCON partner category, with oversight of our agency relationship and sponsorship workstream from ideation through execution, while balancing partner goals
  • Develop, create, and shape presentation materials for The Infatuation's EEEEEATSCON, including custom partner activation elements and branded experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lines of business, and external agency partners to ensure partner integrations are laddering up into north star objectives and activated with excellence
  • Engage in working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making
  • Exercise sound judgment, anticipate bottlenecks, evaluate and mitigate potential risks, balance business needs versus technical constraints to drive the execution of strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:

  • 4+ years experience in a marketing or strategy role within a complex and dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability for storytelling using tools like PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, etc.
  • Proficiency to identify issues and resolve them with a sense of urgency as a great team player
  • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting
  • Must be flexible and able to deal with multiple, changing priorities independently with minimal supervision, and have the ability to inspire collaboration among teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, with previous experience in project management and client relations; experience with balancing partner goals and requests with Chase and The infatuation objectives and requirements
  • Strategy experience with deep intellectual curiosity and strong end-to-end generalist problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, Skills:

  • Understanding of event production and/or experiential brand activations
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry, primarily including restaurants, food & beverage, and travel
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about competitive industries including credit card points, loyalty, and membership rewards programs
