This position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

In this role you will have the unique and challenging opportunity to manage and influence card account retention strategies and the day-to-day execution of these retention efforts across channels such as email, phone, web and in-app, as well as engage business partners across different teams on opportunities to achieve Chase Card Services and Business Partner objectives. You will oversee retention strategies, reporting, monthly updates to business units, and partners, along with capabilities and training. You must be able to work within a team environment and support product and Card Member Service teams across Chase Card Services.

As the Senior Associate of Retention Marketing on the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, you will help to oversee and manage all retention strategies across products while partnering internally and externally to bring these strategies to life.

Job responsibilities:

  • Help to lead all retention strategies across products partnering with many cross-functional teams as well as external partners
  • Oversee results reporting for campaigns as well as overall retention metrics at the full portfolio level as well as for individual products
  • Work with external and internal partners on their retention strategies, helping to synthesize results and drive new tactics
  • Improve upon existing retention campaigns while also developing new strategies and bringing those strategies to execution
  • Leverage insights from campaign analytics, effectively summarize marketing performance highlights and develop data-drive strategies
  • Communicate effectively and confidently with numerous stakeholders and have the ability to lead through strong collaboration

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 4 or more years direct marketing experience
  • Experience working with multiple internal and external partners
  • Strong oral, written communications, and presentation skills
  • Logical, analytical thinker; identifies clear objectives, leverages data to develop strategies and advanced understanding of success metrics
  • Strong ability to influence and gain buy-in
  • Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives concurrently
  • Be a results-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
  • Promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedures, and process exceptions while maintaining a customer-first mindset
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven, highly dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Specific credit card marketing experience desired
