As a Senior Associate, Process Reengineering Analyst in the Human Resources (HR) Vendor Management team, you will leverage your expertise in process analysis and improvement to design and implement solutions that meet organizational needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Reengineering Analyst to join our team. Your strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization is critical for this role. Your Six Sigma certification is also essential for this position, as it demonstrates expertise in process improvement methodologies. If you are a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to drive change, then this is the role for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Design and implement business systems solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Lead and participate in project planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
  • Conduct user training and support to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Ability to manage & provide leadership with multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while influencing teams globally.
  • Complex problem-solving skills for high-impact projects while driving results
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic planning and decision-making abilities for long-term goals.
  • Experience with process improvement, business systems analysis, training delivery, facilitation, and program design.
  • Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Strong time management, prioritization and cross-functional project management skills.
  • Stakeholder engagement and management, at all levels of the firm, including executives.
  • Ability to provide mentorship and guidance for junior analysts.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
  • Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification or higher.

For this role, candidates must be able to physically work in either our Jersey City, NJ or Plano, TX offices 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
