Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive, omnichannel marketing campaigns targeting affluent and high net worth segments. Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop and execute marketing journeys to engage and nurture target audiences. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize.
- Analyze customer and behavioral data of priority segments to enhance customer retention and lifetime value. Develop personalized marketing strategies to deepen customer relationships.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, performance, brand and analytics, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Synthesize and distribute insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Conduct testing and other experiments to identify the most effective tactics for engaging our audiences.
- Create and maintain internal-facing collateral showcasing key insights and activation plans
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization techniques.
- Passion for travel and a deep understanding of the travel industry and customer behavior
- Ability to work effectively across JPMC organization and drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and campaigns
- Exceptional written and verbal communications with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively, gaining alignment and influencing a diverse group of stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Marketing experience within the Travel industry strongly preferred.
- Self-starter; ability to proactively solve problems by establishing key relationships quickly
