As a Senior Associate - Branch Capabilities within the Acquisition Center of Excellence organization of Card Services, you will contribute to new account growth targets by overseeing the integration of new capabilities and enhancements within the branch ecosystem. You will develop and implement branch marketing strategies to grow accounts for Chase branded products through innovation, capabilities enhancements, and marketing across the various retail channels. This is a critical position within card, with complex and interesting business challenges and the potential to promote significant positive outcomes for the business.

Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow accounts for our Chase branded credit card products through innovation, capabilities enhancements and marketing across our various retail channels.
- Determine the design of new origination capabilities and the experience Bankers and customer should have for our retail card acquisition efforts
- Work closely with key partners in product, design, tech, analytics and risk to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at optimizing the branch experience, increasing engagement and account conversions
- Own end-to-end launches and roll-out of key capabilities including all field readiness items associated with the launch (piloting, and nationwide roll-out to almost 5K branches, communications, trainings, reporting, etc.)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Understanding of a marketing campaign operations environment with a customer-first mindset
- Strong business acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Experience managing relationships with partners and operating in a matrix based organization

- Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Possess a strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to express ideas in a confident, clear and compelling way
- Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and the ability to work through roadblocks, timeline challenges and prioritization
- Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization
- Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
