Senior Associate, ACH Product Management, New Payment Rails

Join our innovative team to lead ACH product management, driving modern payment solutions and enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

As an ACH Product Manager Associate within the New Payment Rails team, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at modernizing payments, with a particular focus on ACH use cases to reduce fraud and boost customer trust. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize ACH product delivery and ensure adherence to NACHA rules..

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish new product functions and steering committees for ACH across consumer use cases.
  • Serve as the go-to product owner for ACH communications across various user journeys.
  • Manage Rules Program and Compliance with NACHA Rules, driving organizational changes.
  • Design and build new processes to address gaps, focusing on operational enhancements.
  • Direct ACH product roadmap and performance reporting, highlighting efficiency improvements.
  • Lead change management across functional partners, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain visibility over product timelines, monitor blockers, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships and communications with stakeholders, including risk and compliance teams.
  • Engage with partners to manage industry changes impacting the roadmap and product set.
  • Coach and mentor the ACH team on best practices for resource and dependency management.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Experience in operational management and change readiness.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
  • Foundational knowledge of banking payment rails: ACH, Pay by Bank, Zelle, etc.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to present fact-based recommendations.
  • Experience writing user stories, epics, test cases, and business cases.
  • Familiarity with JIRA Align and Agile methodologies (e.g., sprint planning).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across business and technology.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Preferred experience with payment systems and networks.
