As a Trading Services Tri-Party Sales Associate within our UK and Ireland team, you will have the opportunity to provide technical sales coverage for a diverse portfolio of sell-side clients. Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical sales coverage for sell-side clients in the UK and Ireland.
- Assist in formulating and executing sales strategies to capture clients and increase market share.
- Identify and target potential clients across the UK and Ireland.
- Manage sales administration, including account planning and KYC processes.
- Develop partnerships with client coverage teams to build relationships and penetrate target clients.
- Coordinate client events with the marketing team to enhance engagement and brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, client-facing, or operations experience within collateral management or securities finance
- Strong understanding of collateral management, securities finance, and derivative markets.
- Familiarity with Sell-Side institutions and regulatory developments impacting clients.
- Knowledge of global equity and bond markets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Articulate in written and verbal communication, conveying complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Degree qualified in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
