Job Summary

The Collateral Services organization resides within Securities Services business of J.P. Morgan. The Collateral Services products provide value added services to financial market clients, principally engaged in Derivatives and Securities Finance activities, by creating liquidity, reducing counterparty risk, and improving operating efficiencies.

The successful candidate will be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, while you navigate through and solve complex challenges. In this dynamic environment, you ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Trading Services, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Ensure product investment is clearly aligned to commercial business objective and clearly aligned to wider Securities Services Strategic plans
  • Define and document requirements to the required quality level
  • Provide verbal and written status updates as required to support senior management with timely and accurate maintenance and archiving of program artefacts
  • Work with Senior Product Dev and Product Managers to position the product and develop key messages to use with external clients/prospects as well as JPMorgan senior management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong presentation skills and communication skills - Ability to organize, communicate with, and influence a range of audiences internally and externally; expectation to display exceptional logical writing and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex ideas simply
  • Change Management - Experience in delivering a change agenda and developing innovative solutions to new challenges
  • Strategic Thinking - Focus on superior strategic thinking and problem solving abilities as it relates to the business and the delivery of the strategy
  • Relationship skills - ability to gain access to individuals within a range of functions in the organization; earn a reputation for integrity, intelligence and problem solving
  • Team player - Ability to manage cross functional teams and motivate the team to deliver whilst working within a team and sharing knowledge, best practices and support to the Product Development team

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Expertise in product development management or the collateral services business area
  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Awareness and interest in technology innovations
  • Awareness of Custody and Fund Services offered by global custodians
