As a Vice President you will manage DDS - Security Services Team in Buenos Aries. The successful candidate will play a critical role in leading our Security Services team to support our growing Security Services Business.

  • Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
  • Set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
  • Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary

The Digital Document Services organization is a global team and supports the Americas, Europe (including Middle East & Africa) and Asia regions. The Services organization (Digital Document Services) is a 400+ strong group comprising of Markets, Loans, Security Services and Payments teams. Scope of these services cover portfolio of products and services connected to end-to-end product transformation of data and content including - create & collaborate, capture & digitization, signature validation, analytics, classification, workflow management, storage & archiving, and data distribution.

Job responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
  • Draw on relationships with department heads, key partners and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals
  • Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
  • Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
  • Adhere to the company's policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
  • Work closely with Human Resources to lead the team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment
  • Collaborate closely with client facing field teams to fulfill customer needs and help protect their data/content to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve Customer Satisfaction Scores, KPIs and KRIs to meet the needs of clients, stakeholders, and partners seamlessly across LOBs and all J.P. Morgan products.
  • Help lead a common operating model for the end-to-end lifecycle of client documentation across the wholesale franchise inclusive of people, process, and technology, while continuing to support our business partners/ stakeholders and meeting regulatory demands.
  • Contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy for Security Services, spearheading engagement models and overall client delivery experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • More than 10 years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry
  • Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
  • Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management
  • Working knowledge on Skill of the Future like VBA, Alteryx, Tableau etc
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
  • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines around data & documentation management, digitization, and integration services.
  • Experience with documentation management, digitization, and integration services.
  • Hands on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Have a bias for action and sound instincts on how to resolve issues effectively. Be inquisitive and like researching to solve problems and identify solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Working knowledge on Global Custody and/or Fund Services.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
